The Directors' Forum is pleased to partner with Governance Solutions (GSI) to bring directors a series of workshops to be held at the Hilton Mississauga-Meadowvale over the two days preceding the Forum and on opposing days of the FSRA directors' conference, on Thursday, October 24 (for credit union and caisse populaire directors) and Friday, October 25, 2024 (for mutual and other directors)!

The Art & Science of Being a Chair Certificate program

This certificate program is for board and committee chairs and directors who want to be more effective in the role of chair. Most boards and committees have largely succeeded in defining the structure, charter, roles, and responsibilities, but culture and behaviour are at least as important to effective functioning.
